Join Christina for a Bat Watch! Bats are everywhere and Fort Flagler is no exception. These fast flying insectivores can be hard to see but with the help of bat detectors that amplify bat feeding calls we’ll be able to see and hear our local bats come out to eat. There will be real bat specimens and a Q&A session.
This crowning moment of Trothmoot has been the setting for many stories, some of which you may have heard this weekend from habitual Trothmoot attendees!
We will be reinstating the three round form, with one round for the gods, one for ancestors and heroes, and one open round.
Every year, the Troth and vendors who appear at Trothmoot donate items to be raffled and/or auctioned off to help defray the cost of the moot. Check in at Registration for details!
After this, we will feast, a meal served to a hungry Troth by the High Rede, as is tradition.
During this meal, part of the hall will be reserved for participants at any level of the Troth’s Clergy Program as well as those interested in joining it. In the event the General Business Meeting runs into lunch, this will be held in the next programming bloc.
